Pete's cousins, Cheryl and Mark, came for a visit with their boys, Max (8) and Zack (7). We just love these guys. We mesh so well with Cheryl and Mark and their boys are so sweet and engaging with both us and our kids. They were building some wicked train

track setups and trying to be very patient with Sam and Parker who kept tearing them up. They also motivated us to FINALLY get the Wii Fit hooked up in the basement. Now all we have to do is start using it again. Sam just adored hanging out with his older cousins, that he kept referring to as "his friends." Max and Zack had their shirts off in the AM and were just wearing PJ pants, and sure enough, a little while later, Sam was shirtless, too. He followed them around like they were rock stars.
As for little Parker, he was practicing walking with Max, using his little mail cart. And, every time we go to get him up from a sleep, we're now greeted like this:
He generally throws every paci (3 or 4 of them) out of his crib and sometimes his dog hits the floor, too. He isn't upset at all when we find him. He can stand like this for 10-15 minutes just cooing and screeching waiting for us to get him. Fortunately, he only does this when he wakes up and not when he's supposed to be going to bed.
